There is a new 35 watt version of the flat, DALI-dimmable premium drivers (PRE3) for free-standing, pendant and surface-mounted luminaires. All wattages have also been give an extensive update. The entire driver series is now equipped with an NFC interface for wireless programming via companionSUITE. This means the fade time can now also be adjusted using the fade2zero function. In addition, all drivers support the latest DALI-2-Parts 251 (Memory Bank 1 Extension), 252 (Energy Reporting) and 253 (Diagnostic & Maintenance).  more...

Dimming without network connection: Tridonic sensorMODE

Integrated in sensors and drivers, the new sensorMODE function provides a simple way to equip individual street luminaires with dimming profiles without a network connection. Depending on the requirements and the sensor, you can choose from four control modes, which ensure motion and light-dependent control of the lighting. With companionSUITE, thresholds and dimming profiles can be set as defaults directly during production, or can be adjusted on-site with the 4service NFC App.
The new function will be added to Tridonic's outdoor portfolio gradually. First up are the D4i-certified premium outdoor drivers (PRE3) and the new photocell sensor PCell SSI 31 DA2 SA.

The current version of the companionSUITE is presented with a range of new features. In addition to sensorMODE for easier implementation of dimming levels in outdoor lighting, the software package also offers a new function with which the dimming behaviour can be selected via various dimming curves. The intelligent temperature monitoring has been enhanced with an extended version, which automatically intervenes when there are deviations from the nominal voltage range. In addition, the NFC memory in use is now displayed and it is possible to adjust parameters in different languages.  more...
