Clinical trials are becoming increasingly complex and the volume of data they generate is growing. While new digital tools offer exiting opportunities to clinical research, they also bring new challenges in ensuring data integrity. The latest revision of the ICH GCP-guideline sets out clear expectations for data governance, including oversight of computerised systems. These updates are essential to ensure that future medical decisions are based on reliable and high-quality data, so that patients can continue to trust the evidence behind their care.

The younger generations are showing us the way forward

PharmaRelations in Denmark hosted yet another popular and well-attended morning seminar. With over 100 participants, we had the pleasure of welcoming the inspiring Emilia van Hauen, who shared her insights on how we can navigate the future, across generations and age groups. The keynote speech was both thought-provoking and energizing, filled with real-life stories and powerful examples of what drives and motivates the younger generation. We learned how to lead them effectively, how we can foster motivation and collaboration across all age groups. It became clear that with the right mindset, the generational gap can instead become a generational lift, where everyone contributes and grows together.
