Nominated for "Innovation of the year"!
A few weeks ago, we received the happy news that our ligature resistant Hook Max5 has been nominated for "Product Innovation of the Year 2023" at the conference/fair "Design in Mental Health 2023" (7-8 June in Conventry, UK).
"Design in Mental Health" is an annual event focusing on physical environments for mental health. An important meeting venue for knowledge transfer and exchange of experience for those working in our field.
This year “Design in Mental Health” celebrates 10 years as the UK's leading event focusing on the design, construction, refurbishment, management and clinical provision of mental health environments. During the event, you can visit lectures and a variety of exhibitors, all linked to challenges and opportunities for mental health environments.
Developing and designing a hook like Hook Max5 is an extensive process that requires many and well-thought-out decisions regarding the choice of material, design, function and not least safety.
Hook Max5 is our safest hook option that releases at 5 kg in all directions. Therefore, unlike its predecessor Hook Standard, it can also be placed e.g. near sinks and at doors.
